1. The service
SkillSheet lets you build resumes from templates, improve your text with AI assistance, publish a public web version at a personal link, and download PDF copies. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information in your resumes. You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features.
3. Your content
Your resume content belongs to you. You grant us the limited license needed to store it, render it in templates, process it with AI providers to fulfill your requests, and serve your public page while it is published.
4. Payments
Building a resume is free. The one-time per-resume fee covers publishing, included AI revisions, PDF and Word document downloads, and public-link hosting. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. AI credit packs are one-time purchases, consumed per revision, and don't expire.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful, or to misrepresent your identity. We may pause public pages that violate these rules.
6. AI features
AI suggestions are drafts generated from your input. Review them before use; you are responsible for the accuracy of your final resume.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee interviews, job offers, or compatibility with any specific applicant tracking system.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
